Our rates fluctuate based on the season, whether you stay over a weekend or stay during the week.  Rates are higher on weekends and for special events such Christmas lights, as well as for Holidays.  Last minute specials may be available; give us a call to inquire.  All stays require a 2-night minimum, cleaning fee and security deposit.  No smoking and no pets.  Contact us directly for the most up-to-date availability/rates.
